These are the sole terms and conditions of the contract between you (the Customer) and the tour organiser (Helsinki Walking Tours Ltd.), apart from applicable Finnish and EU law. By purchasing your tour ticket through any sales channel, you declare your approval of these Terms & Conditions.

There are no additional booking fees or taxes added to the prices displayed on this website. All prices are inclusive of the Finnish VAT 24%. Helsinki Walking Tour reserves the right to sell the service for a different price than indicated on the website at any times. Furthermore, prices available on reseller platforms (ie.TripAdvisor, Airbnb Experience etc) may not fully adhere to the current pricing of my tours due to the limitations of the booking enginees on the platforms. All prices displayed in any booking platform are always final and binding.  Any changes in prices will not adhere to reservations made before the new price has been announced.

At the time of making the reservation, all of the applicable discounts are calculated in the booking widget. The customer must notify Helsinki Walking Tours if they qualify for any additional discount (ie. Assistant to a disabled person). Later claims for discounts are not handled. The customer must be able to prove their eligibility for a discount. Only one discount per service per person can be considered, i.e. the discounts do not stack.

The customer is not eligible for a refund for any services they paid for but did not use.
